ST.BARTHOLOMEW’S CHURCH: At the local church on Sunday 19th November, “Holy Communion” will take place.

NEW FITNESS CLASS: A new fitness class in Sutton Village Hall is starting on Thursday 16th November from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Interested? Then just turn up on the night to find out more!

EXTRAORDINARY MEETING: The Parish Council have circulated the village with details of an extraordinary meeting taking place in the Village Hall on Friday 17th November at 7:00pm.

BACK AGAIN: Vintage Teas are back again at the Village Hall. On Saturday 18th November, from 1:30pm to 4:30pm you are invited to call in at the hall and join your peers for afternoon tea!
A selection of teas will be available and hopefully some home-made cakes to tempt your palate. A curio corner will operate at this session, probably consisting of cards and candles, chance to get yours before the Xmas rush (if there is one). Your support will be appreciated.

Villagers and friends are invited to join members of the public as the local group stage their 20th Anniversary Art group Exhibition on Saturday 25th November 2017. The event commences at 11:00am until 3:30pm at Sutton Village Hall and with free admission and free parking. Must be worth a visit.
Many of the works on display may be for sale on the day.
PARISH COUNCIL: Some information from the Parish Council:
- In response to a request from Daniel Walker to meet with the Parish Council, an extraordinary meeting has been organised for the 17th November in the Village Hall starting at 7:00pm. Daniel Walker is representing Walkers Haulage who have recently purchased the paddock to the rear of Station Road and Sutton Lane with the intention of residential development. The public are allowed to attend.
- There will be no ordinary Parish Council meeting in December. The next ordinary Parish Council meeting is on the 10th January 2018 at 7:00pm in the Village Hall. However if you feel there is something urgent that needs to be brought to the attention of the Parish Council then please contact the Clerk on firstname.lastname@example.org.
