Dear Resident,

St Bartholomew’s Church launches Community Building Project to install a Toilet and Kitchen. We need your input.

The Parochial Church Council, under the leadership of the Reverend Cora Yarrien, have launched a Building project in St Bartholomew’s Church to install a Toilet and Kitchen.

The Church council are committed to exploring how the building could better serve the community by becoming a more usable space, whilst still being used for worship. Over the past couple of months we have met with the church architect and the committee from Southwell Diocese that advises on these matters, and we are now at a stage where we have instructed the architect to draw up plans for approval by the Diocese and other interested parties.

The proposal is to install a toilet and kitchenette/refreshment preparation area. We are also proposing at a later stage to improve the heating and add an audio visual system. Before we move forward, we would like your input and we would be grateful if you could answer the questions below for us.

Once plans have been drawn we plan to hold an open event in church where we would like to invite you to look at the plans and discuss the project further.

Many thanks,

Reverend Cora Yarrien and Parochial Church Council at St Bartholomew’s Church

The Survey is now CLOSED. Many thanks to everyone who took the time to give their feedback.
