Government places England into National Lockdown
Following the government announcement on Monday 4th January 2021, the whole of England is now under the third National Lockdown.
The next review will take place in mid-February, but any relaxation of the rules is likely to be slow and cautious. So, don’t expect any sort of normal life for the foreseeable future. In the meantime, please continue to keep an eye on the various guidelines and restrictions below.

The new NHS COVID-19 app, now available to download in England and Wales, is the fastest way to see if you’re at risk from coronavirus. The faster you know, the quicker you can alert and protect your loved ones and community.
The app has a number of tools to protect you, including contact tracing, local area alerts and venue check-in. It uses proven technology from Apple and Google, designed to protect every user’s privacy.
