Stephen is the current Pre-Crime unit Manager for Nottinghamshire Police and took over the post after serving over thirty years in the force, many of them in the mounted section.
On introduction the speaker gave a talk on crime in general, many of the topics affecting the local area over the years. During the talk he highlighted certain incidents and introduced and demonstrated a number of items to the gathering which could help minimise or reduce crime in general. Some simple but effective items were also on display with the speaker outlining their uses and telling of their success rate when put into practice.
