Regulation 16 Consultation – Sutton cum Lound Neighbourhood Plan
The Regulation 16 consultation for the Sutton cum Lound Neighbourhood Plan has now officially started.
This is your opportunity to review the draft Plan and submit formal comments before it is submitted for examination. The consultation allows residents, businesses, and other stakeholders to have their say on the future development and planning of our community.

How to submit comments:

Comments should be submitted in writing to
- Email: neighbourhoodplanning@bassetlaw.gov.uk
- Post: Neighbourhood Planning, Bassetlaw District Council, Queen’s Buildings, Potter Street, Worksop, S80 2AH
- Please include your name and address with any comments.

The consultation period runs from 20th October 2025 to 1st December 2025 (5pm).
This is a statutory stage in the Neighbourhood Plan process, and all comments received will be considered before the Plan is examined.

Don’t forget, if you have any event or item of interest for the village, just email it to webmaster@suttoncumlound.net and our resident website monitor will do his best to accommodate you. All posts go out to our increasing list of email update subscribers as soon as they’re published.
We also have the Sutton Spotlight, which goes out to every house in the village on a quarterly (ish) basis. Space is sometimes limited, so try to get your entry in early.
