Picks General Store will be closed as follows during the July road resurfacing in the village:
- Thursday 23 and Friday 24 July – Closed
- Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 July – Open as usual
- Monday 27 through to Friday 31 July – Closed
- August 1 – Open again as usual
If the roadworks are completed ahead of schedule then Picks will open earlier than stated. Basically, the store will only open if the road is also open to cars.
