Bassetlaw District Council is starting work on a new Local Plan for the District, which will set out the policies by which applications for new development will be considered. It will also identify developable land suitable for housing, commercial, mixed use and recreation uses over a 15 year period.
One of the first steps in preparing a new Local Plan is to establish what land is available for development within the District. Therefore we are now asking landowners and agents to submit details of the land they would like the Council to consider through this Call for Sites process.
