
ST.BARTHOLOMEW’S CHURCH: Friday 14th April is Good Friday and a “Tenebrae Service” will be held at 7:00pm.in church.
Sunday 16th April is Easter Day and Holy Communion will take place. The service starts at the earlier time of 9:00am and everyone is welcome.
SUTTON AND BARNBY MOOR W.I.: The ladies of the local WI will meet on Wednesday 19th April in Sutton Village Hall at the usual time of 7:15pm.

SUTTON GARDENING CLUB: The group met in the village hall on Tuesday 4th April with 25 people in attendance. This was the club”s AGM and Chairperson Lynne Tweed welcomed members old and new to the meeting. Agenda items were dealt with and various reports were given during the session. The present committee were re-elected en-bloc to serve for a further 12months, this was carried unanimously.
Suggestions and ideas were invited from the floor and voluntary help was requested to enable the club to grow stronger and increase in membership. On completion of the official business the Chair and committee invited the gathering to partake of the wine and nibbles on offer and socialise with their peers. A well organised and informative meeting.
