Mar 222019

Parish Council Elections are due for Thursday 2nd May 2019.

Sutton has 9 Councillor places available on the Parish Council, but if fewer than, or only that number of people are interested then all will be automatically filled without an election being required to take place. Elections happen once every 4 years, although co-options onto the Council do happen between time if there are vacancies.

The Parish Council meets once a month on the second Wednesday at Sutton Village Hall throughout the year.

If you are interested in becoming a Councillor, and feel able to spare a few hours a month then please apply by following the instructions on the attached notice. The closing date for applications is 4:00pm on Wednesday 3rd April 2019.
