TINKER LANE UPDATE
IGas Asset manager reported to the CLG today as follows:
IGas report that the restoration of Tinker Lane is now complete. Restoration was completed on Friday afternoon at 14:00 with both the landholder and Notts CC in attendance. The landholder regularly attended the site throughout the restoration and was very impressed with the quality of work. The field was used on Sunday for a ploughing competition and we look forward to the first crop being sown either late this year or early next. Hedgerow planting will be completed when root stock becomes available during October. The area between the existing hedge and the gate bell-mouth will be planted up on either side with a double line of hawthorn or similar. IGas have committed to a 5 year after care plan and will regularly attend the site during this period.
