Gardening Club
When the gardening club met in Barnby Moor village hall on Tuesday 5th September, Neil Timm addressed the group on the topic of Ferns! Those present were most surprised at the sheer numbers and varieties of the plants in existence, as Neil talked the members through types available, varying in height and spread and how positioning in appropriate places can change the outlook of gardens as a whole. A varied, informative talk from which members gained a lot of knowledge and information. A good selection of plants were available for sale on the night, with planting instructions and maintenance advice free!
At the next meeting of the group on the 3rd October 2023, Eleanor Deveraux will talk about Western Herb Medicines.
Please come along and bring a friend, everybody welcome!
