  • Due to a number of unavoidable absences the PPSG was not quorate in September and so the September agenda was carried forward.
  • The only topic under discussion at the meeting on 01 May 2012 were plans for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee celebrations in 2012. As a result no formal agenda was issued.
  • No minutes were issued.

  • The only topic under discussion at the meeting on 04 October 2011 were plans for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee celebrations in 2012. As a result no formal agenda was issued.
  • Informal minutes were issued in the form of notes to the Parish Council.
  • There was no official meeting in May 2011
    Instead, the meeting was given over to the Play facilities consultation evening
