Update to alert message (23371) circulated 25/09/2012 – Man charged with Somercotes murder
A 22-year-old man has been charged with the murder of Jade Riley-Ward in Somercotes on Saturday (September 22).
The man will appear before magistrates in Chesterfield on Wednesday, September 26.
Emergency services were called to a house on Burke Drive just before 4pm on Saturday and found the 30-year-old woman dead.
A post mortem examination carried out yesterday revealed she died from multiple stab wounds.
