SWITCH’N’SAVE OFFER: Nottinghamshire County Council has launched a new offer that could help people to save up to £200 a year on their gas and electricity bills. The Switch ‘n’ save is a free, no obligation service to help more people switch energy supplier and save money.
The Council is working with consumer organisation Which? to make sure everyone involved gets the best energy deal available on the market. Recognising that many older people have not switched energy suppliers the offer registration allows up to five households to be registered using one email address.
This means you can register on behalf of people who do not have a PC or use the Internet.
How does Switch’n’Save work? People who want to save money on their household fuel bills can register to join the scheme by:
- Going online to www.nottinghamshire.gov.uk/switchnsave
- Visiting a Nottinghamshire County Council Customer Service Point, where an advisor will help them complete the Switch’n’Save form online.
- Calling 03000 500 80 80
The scheme closes on Wednesday 20th March 2013, so don’t delay – apply today!
