Sutton Gardening Club will be holding its Annual General Meeting in the Village Hall on Tuesday 14th May 2013 at 7:15pm.
David Mowthorpe, Club Facilitator, will give a short report on the first year of operation, including a financial statement. This will be followed by the introduction of the new Treasurer and a Gardener’s Question Time session.
Tea and biscuits will be available, as will a raffle towards the funds, and a plant sale.
All members of the public are welcome to attend.
For those who wish to become a member for the following year the annual fee is only £10.
