THINK BIKE stickers for pedal and motorcyclists are available free of charge to collect from police station front counters (Beeston, Carlton, Central, Hucknall, Mansfield, Newark, Oxclose Lane, Radford Road, Retford, St Ann’s, Sutton, West Bridgford and Worksop) from today.
Collisions involving vulnerable road users, which includes pedal and motorcyclists, increase at this time of year as more people swap four wheels for two wheels.
Drivers and riders have to share the road and drivers need to check for all type of bikes, particularly at junctions and roundabouts.
The stickers can be displayed in vehicles and help give a valuable message to all road users.
The road safety stickers and key rings are available from main police stations front counters during their normal opening hours whilst stock lasts.
