The Draft ‘Bassetlaw Plan’ sets out the Council’s priorities when it comes to housing, regeneration & other developments in the district that will take place up to the year 2035. This is a chance to have your say.
The Draft Bassetlaw Local Plan (PDF) includes strategic policies which will guide development if the Plan is adopted by the Council (planned for February 2021). This is an early stage in the Plan’s development and the Council wants to know your views about the proposed strategy and policies included in the Draft Bassetlaw Local Plan.
Upon adoption, the Bassetlaw Plan will replace the 2011 Core Strategy & Development Management Policies Development Plan Document.
