Flood alerts in place across Nottinghamshire
A number of flood alerts are in place across Nottinghamshire due to Storm Claudia, and a yellow weather warning for rain remains in place throughout Friday evening and into Saturday morning.
👀 CHECK – Knowing of any alerts or warnings in place in your area is one of the best ways to be prepared for flooding.

🚗 TRAVEL – Consider whether your travel is necessary and if you’re out on the roads, make sure to drive to the conditions.

⛔ FLOOD WATER – Please do not attempt to drive through flood water. We cannot stress enough that you should never ignore flood warning and road closed signs.
⚠️ STAY ALERT – Flood warnings and alerts can change, so make sure you are staying up-to-date. Most importantly, stay safe.
